The Answer Book is a powerful tool that lets you search for answers to common questions and submit your own questions to receive a quick response. It also tracks all questions submitted by any employee at your credit union. Credit union leaders and supervisors should monitor these requests to determine what areas of the system might require more employee training or special assistance.
