Verify that the printer cable is securely connected to both the check secure box and the printer.  Check the "mode" switch, located on the back of the check secure device, and make sure it is set to zero.  Make sure the check secure card is properly inserted into the device.  Press the Reset button on the back of the check secure device.  If flashing persists please call the Systems department.
