On the receipt printer, follow these steps:

1. Press the Park Key
2. Press the Quiet Key twice
3. Press the Load Key
4. Press and hold the Tear Key to see where it will print
5. To adjust, while sill holding the Tear Key down, press and hold the Shift Key.  Release the Tear Key and then press and hold either the Micro Feed Up or Micro Feed Down Key down until it gets to where you want to print
6. Release all keys.
7. To test follow step 4 again.
