The ability to manage when a member qualifies for a statement is dependent upon the values in a file that holds the sequence number and statement date of a member's transaction history records. If this sequence number gets out of synch with the numbers assigned to each record, the statement processing may not include transactions that should be included.  This happens very rarely, but we have seen it on occasion over the years.
 
CU*Answers Client Support staff can update this file, but the member would only see the current statement period transactions on their next statement. Any past transaction prior to the current run dates will not appear. We recommend printing a transaction history for the previous time periods.
