The Audit Link service consists of three interrelated business activities. The first is an overall analysis of the credit unions needs, hot buttons, and recent audit or examination findings. This analysis is designed not only to tailor the program for the credit union but also to facilitate an overall general compliance tune-up.

The second area of this initiative is the development of a daily, monthly, and quarterly roadmap of tasks to be completed. This is where the credit union would see the bulk of our workload as these are the tasks associated with the daily monitoring of member and staff activity which either trigger regulatory action or management reaction to internal controls.

The third and final area consists of those areas where the credit union management team requests specific ad hoc services. Examples of these higher-end tasks are annual reviews, training, and more sophisticated audit functions. Because the complexity varies greatly between credit unions, these would be bid on a case by case basis.
