There are no configuration options within CU*BASE that would affect this. The orientation of the pages is hard coded into each document type and is not configurable within CU*BASE. If a document is printing in the wrong orientation, it is likely due to a configuration issue with the print session or the local printer.
-
Verify the print session settings:
-
In this case, it is easiest to rebuild the print session from scratch to ensure all settings are correct
-
First, close out of the print session if it is signed in
-
Delete the icon from the desktop
-
Point your browser to http://updates.cubase.org/
-
Select your credit union in the list
-
Click and run the link for "Create GOLD Printer" on the right
-
Select the correct model in the drop down, enter the printer ID, click OK, then Create
-
The icon will be recreated on the desktop
-
Open the printer and assign the correct local printer (How do I do this?)
-
Verify the Windows print driver:
-
Follow the instructions from the manufacturer of the printer to install and verify the print driver
-
If you require assistance, contact CU*Answers Network Services
-
If the software changes do not affect the orientation, perform a "factory reset" on the printer to restore all settings to default. For informaiton how to perform this, refer to the printer manual from the manufacturer.
