    Yes. Once you sign up we will need to take care of a few additional setup steps to arrange for data from your System i to be available, but we do have self processing CUs that are using the service now.

    To enroll for your credit union's data to be stored for Analytics Booth please visit https://store.cuanswers.com/product/analytics-booth/ and add the product to your cart. On this page you will also find a Getting Started Guide, and you can watch the screencast and even sign up for webinars to learn more about this product.
  • 4. I created a new Analytics Booth alert to be sent to specific employees, however they are stating they have not received the alert. Why is this? Public

    Each address added to the list of recipients when creating a new alert will be sent an email with a confirmation key and a link to follow that will activate the alert. The alert needs to be activated before the receipient will begin to receive the custom alert.

    After you sign up for the Analytics Booth product, you can then sign up to receive Alerts if you need to keep tabs on certain stats. You can customize an alert just for changes in that data point. Filter it by branch or see details for your whole credit union. Use Management by exception to keep tabs on when data is out of normal.     CU*Answers process Analytics Booth contracts on Wednesdays. Depending on when your order form arrives, the next Wednesday we will make the request to begin your data harvesting. This gives us a week to add your credit union to our data collection routines and verify that data is being collected properly.
