First you need to determine what the printer ID will be. If there is not one currently available, please contact the CU*Answers Systems Department and follow the procedure in order to create one.
 
The next steps are as follows:
  1. Click Start > Programs > IBM AS400 Client Access > Emulator > Start or Configure session
  2. Choose Configure
  3. The System Name should be wescprod.cubase.org
  4. Specify Workstation ID should be the printer ID assigned
  5. Check the box for "Transform print data..." 
  6. The printer model should be *HP4000
  7. Drawer 1 should be set to Letter
  8. Drawer 2 should be set to Letter 
  9. Make sure the the box next to "Printer supports ASCII..." is unchecked.
  10. Click OK and then OK again and if you are prompted for a type of sign on, choose Prompt every time and click OK.
  11. Sign on to the print session to verify it is working.
  12. After being signed on, click File > Printer Setup and make sure the correct printer is highlighted, then click OK.
  13. Click File > Save As and save the printer as the print session followed by pressing Enter 3 times.
