Overlimit fees on the credit card loan are assessed monthly at the end of the month for activity incurred during the month.  If the member’s account goes overlimit at any time during the month, a flag is set on, indicating it should be charged an overlimit fee on the last day of the month.  Once the fee has been accessed on the last day of the month, the flag is reset until the next time the member goes overlimit.

A member is only assessed one overlimit fee in any given period.  A non-fee tolerance level can be set up at the loan category level to allow for fees not to be accessed unless the overlimit amount is greater than that dollar amount.
