If a member is more than one month late:

CU config:  Minimum Payment is $ 20.00

CU config:  Delinquent Fine is $35.00

June Minimum Payment $20.00   June Delinquent Fine would be $20.00

July Minimum Payment $20.00    July Delinquent Fine would be $20.00

June statement Delinquent Payment Warning will say:

LATE PAYMENT WARNING: If we do not receive your        

minimum payment by the date listed above, you may have 

to pay a late fee of up to $20.

July statement Delinquent Payment Warning will say:

LATE PAYMENT WARNING: If we do not receive your       

minimum payment by the date listed above, you may have

to pay a late fee of up to $35.

The actual amount due is only $80.00.  There is $40.00 in delinquency fines and $40.00 in payments due.  But the statement late fee will say “MAY have to pay a late fee up to $35.00.”
