So far the CU*BASE GOLD graphical user interface (GUI) has gone through three major iterations:
- In 2000 we introduced CU*BASE GOLD, our first-ever graphical presentation of the core CU*BASE member processing software.
- In 2008 we used NGS (which stood for "New GOLD Standard") as a temporary project name/marketing term for our first major upgrade to the GUI.
- In 2014 we introduced ING ("Improved New GOLD”) as the project name for our second GUI refresh. ING was deployed to all network workstations during 2014 and then the name was retired.
