There isn't a tool for this, but what you can do to generate a list of all tools available for your credit union is create a template or temporary employee ID in Tool #327 CU*BASE Employee Security and assign it every tool. Then you can use Tool #357 Employee Security Audit Report to un the Employee Security Audit Report. Run it for the assigned tools only and it will print a report listing all the tools assigned to that employee, which in that case would be all the tools.

To get this into an Excel worksheet, you'll need to convert this report into a database file so that you can download it.

The first step will be to gather information from your list of spooled files, where the report you printed is waiting.  The second step converts the spooled data into a file that can then be downloaded to a PC.  Instructions on how to do these steps can be found in the File Transfers: Downloaded Data from iSeries to PC booklet, in the "Preparing Files for Download" chapter under "Converting a Spooled Report."

Once those steps are complete, you can use Tool #1375 File Transfers to bring the file down to your PC and open it in Excel for further manipulation.  Instructions for this step can be found in the same booklet, in the "Transferring Files with Client Access" chapter.
