If your credit pulls are not working, here are some questions to ask to troubleshoot:
  • When was the last time you updated your NetConnect password? Are you able to log into the Experian Access site using your current credentials? If you use Experian, you must reset your credentials every 90 days and then send it to lendervp@cuanswers.com.
  • Are there any special characters in the address/name fields? If there are some there, edit accordingly and try the pull again.
  • If the score is not being returned, check the age of the member. Is the member under 20 years old? It could be that the member does not have a file at the bureau yet.
