Members cannot make withdrawals from or deposits to their share IRAs ('IR' share dividend type).
Regardless of the settings selected on the ARU/Online Banking screen (accessed via Tool #777 Savings/Checking Products Configuration), these accounts will not allow deposits or withdrawals from audio banking or online banking.
Employees can assist your members with these types of transactions in CU*BASE via Teller or by setting up an Automated Funds Transfer (AFT) for example. Then, your employee can select the appropriate withdrawal or deposit code (see IRA/HSA Codes linked below).
