To clear the CBX site cache in Edge, follow the steps below.

1. Access your Edge settings by selecting the three dots in the upper right-hand corner and selecting Settings.


2. Choose the data to clear by selecting the "Cookies and site permissions" tab, then selecting "Manage and delete cookies and site data".


3. Select "See all cookies and site data".


4. Make sure to select ONLY the CBX cookies by searching “cua”. Only delete the CBX cookies.


5. Then, delete cached images and scripts by selecting the “Privacy, search, and services” tab. Then, select "Choose what to clear".


6. ONLY delete “Cached images and files”; use the scroll bar to ensure everything else is unselected. Then, click "Clear now".
