Yes. You can temporarily turn off A2A and then turn it back on at a later time.

For A2A transfers that allow a member to transfer money from their account at your credit union and accounts at other financial institutions:
  • Use Tool #569 and uncheck all of the boxes with A2A to turn off A2A processing in CBX and online banking. To turn it back on, return to Tool #569 and check all the boxes with A2A. (See related links below for more information.)
  • Unchecking these boxes stops new records from being created, but if does not impact pending transaction records in A2ATRANS.
For repetitive A2AAFT transactions that allow scheduled A2A transfers to other financial institutions:
  • Members will still see the scheduled A2AAFT in online banking, but the transfers will not process from CBX or online banking if the above boxes in Tool #569 are unchecked.
For Accounts Payable payments via ACH where the credit unions makes payments via ACH to vendors:
  • Uncheck the "Allow Payments via ACH" box in Tool #1900 Workflow Controls: Accounts Payable. (See link below.)
  • Then all payments will be processed as a check.
