You may need a custom screen file on your workstation. To get the custom file please do the following:

1. Open Internet Explorer
2. In the Address bar type in: http://updates.cubase.org
3. On the “Choose a Credit Union” drop down box, choose your credit union
4. Click on “Submit”
5. You should then see a link similar to “For All Workstations at the MAIN use this link.” Click the link for your location and choose open. This should resolve the issue.
