The best thing to do is to renew the JWC file on the PC to ensure it's the the most up-to-date copy.  To do this, follow these steps:

1. Make sure GOLD is not running.
2. Navigate to http://updates.cubase.org/
3. Select your Credit Union from the drop-down menu and click "Submit."
4. Click the link for the branch location the workstation is located at.
5. Execute the file ("Run" or "Open").
