All of our print jobs print fine except for credit bureaus. We are using a supported HP LaserJet printer with two trays. Reports, loans, screen shots, histories, totals, and the like go to the lower tray. Checks are in the upper tray. When we print credit bureaus, they print on check stock. How can we correct this problem?

When you print a credit bureau, you have the option to select which tray the credit bureau will print from along with selecting the printer. You should enter "2" in this field to cause the credit bureau to print to the lower tray.
