Epson thermal receipt printers use a Generic/Text-only driver that is normally provided by your PC's operating system.  After installing the drivers, they need to be configured.  The operating system on your PC will determine the location of the settings that need to be confiured.

For Windows 95/98 clients: Browse to the printer window (Start > Settings > Control Panel > Printers).  Right-click the thermal printer and select Properties.  Under the Details tab, you will find the driver is configured for Letter.  Scroll to the far right and select US std.

For Windows 2000/XP clients: Browse to the printer window (Start > Settings > Printers).  Right-click the thermal printer and select Properties.  Under the Device Settings tab, change "Cont. Feed - No Break" to "US Std Fanfold", change "Cut-sheet" to "US Std Fanfold" and change "Cont. Feed - with break" to "US Std Fanfold."
