To remove an outstanding delinquent fine amount on a loan follow these steps:
  1. Launch Tool #20 "Update Account Information"
  2. Enter the account base and use Enter to proceed
  3. Select the loan account number and use Enter or Select to proceed
  4. Clear/delete the amount in the Delinq fine amount field (in the middle of the screen near the bottom)
  5. Press Enter to save your change

Any delinquent fine previously showing due for this loan should be gone.
