I have an Okidata printer that we are using to print receipts. The receipts are printing too high up on the form and the line is being lost in the preprinted information at the top. How can this be corrected?

1. Take the SEL light off on the Okidata.

2. Press and hold the shift key (second button from the left).

3. Press LF-Micro Feed Down while holding the shift key. You the roller will click as it adjusts the form.

4. Turn SEL back on, adjust the paper in the printer, and test.

If you need to go further, repeat the process. If you moved too far, perform the same steps but press the FF/LOAD-Micro Feed Up button to adjust in the opposite direction.
