Your CU*BASE Conversion Manager will work closely with your Management team to develop a complete education training calendar. Typically, we provide a minimum of 3 weeks of online CU*Answers University training, 2 weeks of CU*Answers-led training, 2 weeks of support following conversion, and scheduled follow-up visits.
 
We will continue to provide specialized support until the credit union is functioning independently. CU*Answers training certainly does not end following conversion. It is an ongoing commitment and process throughout the partner relationship between our organizations.
