In most cases, member PIN's for both PC Banking and Audio Response will be automatically set to the last 4-digits of the member's social security number. Following the conversion to CU*BASE, and the first time that the member accesses either system, they will be required to change the PIN to a custom number of their choosing that meets your credit union's preconfigured minimum requirements. This is any easy process, and requires almost no credit union intervention.  
Your CU*BASE Conversion Coordinator will work directly with you to determine if pre-existing PIN's may be converted across to CU*BASE.
