You can temporarily remove a freeze in order to perform a single transaction, by using the Transaction Override feature (available from the CU*BASE Timeout window). This requires an authorized Employee ID and password.
You can also change the status of the freeze indicator on the individual account by using Tool #20 "Update Account Information."  (Remember this feature also requires an authorized Employee ID and password.)
Following are the available freeze status codes:
0 All transactions allowed
1 Withdrawals and disbursements not allowed
2 Deposits and payments not allowed
3 No activity allowed
