Yes, you can mark these memberships so that the statements are printed and returned to the credit union for special handling, or are not printed at all. 
Start by using Tool #275 Configure Statement Mail Groups to configure a code for written-off/charged-off loans. Then mark the member's account using Tool #15 Update Membership Information. (The box is located on the final screen.)
