You can attempt the following troubleshooting steps before calling HP for support on replacing the internal print server:
 
1. Replace network cable with known working one.
2. Try a different data jack.
3. Reboot printer and verify no errors.
4. Power off the printer and re-seat the internal print server.
 
You can contact HP Support at 800-474-6836. Upon determining the internal print server is faulty, a replacement can be shipped overnight by HP.
