You will need to call CU*Answers Systems Team; the virtual objects for your workstation device are retaining incorrect settings from the time of their creation.

We will need to delete all instances of your workstation virtual device (...G0, ...G1, ...G2, etc.). You will then launch three GOLD sessions to recreate the virtual devices. After that but before you sign on to any sessions, we will need to reload your default printer into the recreated virtual devices.
