CU*Answers has formed a partnership with Corporate One FCU in Columbus, Ohio to form a new CUSO called Processing Alliance for image exchange. CU*Answers clients will be able to use Corporate One's Check 21 program. Benefits include reduced courier fees, online searchable image archive and faster clearing and return items for deposited items.

Our plans include providing our credit union clients with the appropriate scanning hardware as part of a 3 year agreement. The credit union would be responsible for scanning their deposited items and providing the storage of the paper documents.
