It depends. If you are accessing the 2020iDOC website through the MPLS network and you do NOT have automatic VPN backup, then the answer is no. However if you are accessing it through a separate Internet connection then you should still be able to retrieve receipts. Most credit unions are not accessing it via their MPLS connection to CU*Answers. The Systems Team can tell you how your particular system is configured.
