The name that is being printed on the member drafts actually comes from the Federal Reserve.  They have numerous departments, and even though you may have changed your CU name with some of them, we have found that the changes may not have been filtered to the Checks Department, which is where Fiserv gets their information.  After verifying with the Federal Reserve that they have the CU's name correct in all departments, CU*Answers Client Services will verify that Fiserv has received the update.
