Complex Passwords
If complex passwords are activated, they apply for both It's Me 247 and BizLink 247.
If you activate the optional requirement for complex (formerly referred to as "strong") passwords for Online Banking, members must use at least 3 of the following:
- lowercase letter
- UPPERCASE letter
- number
- special character
Minimum Password Length
The minimum password length is defined by your credit union. This length applies to both It's Me 247 and BizLink 247. We require at least 8-10 characters as of the May 2026 release.
Maximum Password Length
An It's Me 247 and also BizLink247 (as of the May 2026 release), the password has a maximum length of 256 characters.
We recommend using a passphrase instead of a simple password.
