CU*Answers provides each new client with a conversion team led by one coordinator. The team works closely with the credit union staff beginning with a visit to the credit union for the initial "pre-site" interview through 6 months after the conversion date. As we move along, we provide "Conversion Bulletins" to the credit union's designated conversion project leader. They outline in detail the status of specific conversion issues.  These bulletins increase in frequency as the conversion date gets closer.  Once you are on CU*BASE, these bulletins can continue. Finally, we send a survey for the credit union to comment on our performance and coordination as our newest partner!
