This appears when your credit union has set a password expiration period for inactive accounts. This means that if a member doesn't log in to Online Banking for a certain period of time, their password will be deactivated. If a member sees this message, they can either contact the credit union for a reset or use the "I forgot my password" feature to reset their password.
