The delinquent Fine ID on a member's loan record determines what income G/L paid delinquent fines should interface to.  Therefore, if a member loan record has a 0, blank, or invalid Fine ID and a delinquent fine is paid, the system has no fine id configuration to reference for the G/L interface and it interfaces with the primary loan G/L (ex: 70101) resulting in an offage.  This can be corrected with a manual journal entry between the loan G/L and the delinquent fine income G/L. 
 
**REMEMBER** If this member still has an outstanding delinquent fine amount, this will happen each time they pay part of the fine.  You may want to contact a Client Service Representative to determine if there are any other loan records with an outstanding fine amount and an invalid Fine ID.
