My signature pad will only display the signature if it is written on the top half of the signature pad - what can I do to make the full signature pad available to accept a signature?

Likely, the signature pad has the wrong driver installed. You need to go into the sigplus.ini file and adjust it to the proper pad setting. (typically in the windows system folder)

Below is an example of the sigplus.ini file.

TabletLCDMode=0
TabletModel=SignatureGemLCD1X5 <-------- This is the line that needs adjusted. We normally use the SignatureGemLCD4X3 signature pad to correct this situation.
