For security reasons, the iDOCVault verifies the time set on your workstation when access the site.  If your clock is more than a few minutes off, the server will throw the "expired timestamp" error message.  To fix this, please adjust the time on your workstation to match the current time.  To do this, double-click on the time display in the lower right-hand corner of the screen.  On the Time Zone tab, make sure the correct time zone is selected, and, if you are in an area that observes Daylight Saving Time, make sure the box to automatically update your time is checked at the bottom.  On the Date & Time tab, make sure that the date and time are correct.

If you are still receiving the "expired timestamp" error message and you have verified all the settings listed above, please contact Client Services for further troubleshooting.  If you have set the time, and a few days later notice that the time is significantly off again, this may point to other issues with your workstation (a weak CMOS battery, for instance) and it is recommended to have your IT staff/company check it out.
