For our online clients, a monthly G/L history report (LGLETB) is generated the second Saturday of the month for the full month two (2) months ago. In other words, on May 3 a report is produced for March 1-31. The report is routed to the MONTHxx output queue for archiving. 

Note: Occasionally we get requests to run this report for the previous month (for instance on May 3, entering April 1 – 30). However, credit unions may not have closed their books yet for the previous month (meaning that they back-date G/L entries into the previous month).  Therefore we are always one month in arrears on this report.

If you need to look up G/L activity that has already been purged, go to your monthly reports archive CD two months after the month of the activity you are looking for.

When history is purged, a report showing the purge date (PPURGG) is generated and routed to the MONTHxx output queue.
