Problem:  Printing in ProDOC results in blank pages being printed when “TweakLM” or “TweakTM” values are set non-zero.

Discussion:   The “TweakLM”  and “TweakTM” settings provide the ability to force manual adjustments to the left and top margins, respectively, when ProDOC is printing. The settings may appear in three different places in the ProDOC.ini file:  In the [Setup] section, these values work for both Forms and Receipts. In the [Receipts] section, they override the [Setup] section, and effect only receipts printing. In the [Prodocs] section, they override the [Setup] section, and effect only forms printing.

Cause:  If these values are non-blank or non-zero in any of these sections, the effected printing function (forms or receipts) forces the specified margins, and does not auto-scale the image being printed. In some printers, this may cause undetermined results if the image is bigger than the physical printer’s page size. In some cases, it may cut off the image,  and in others it will not print anything (resulting in blank pages).

Solution:  Remove or set to zero, all of the TweakLM and TweakTM settings for the effected printing function. This should return ProDOC to the auto-scaling mode which will force the image to be equal or less than the printer’s page size.
