Xtension Call Center and Lender*VP Collections will have many conversations with a member.  Each conversation is documented in the appropriate Tracker.  If follow-up is required from the credit union, the Tracker follow up is assigned to the designated individual at the credit union.  The follow-up for the credit union can be accessed via the "Work with Member Follow-ups" command on menus MNMAST, MNTRAK, or MNCOLL.  The designated credit union employee enters their two digit ID and all follow-ups assigned are queued up for that employee to work or reassign.  (The system will default to the two digit ID of the employee signed on. )

Xtension and Collections will discuss the importance of the code word to the member.  The conversation will be documented as usual in the Tracker with the memo code of CW.  The follow up to this conversation is assigned to the credit union employee as described above.  The credit union employee will to contact the member to set up the code word according to credit union procedures.
