You can add certain websites to your "Allowed Sites" list.  In your browser, choose Tools > Pop-up Blocker > Pop-up Blocker settings.  Your Filter level should generally be set to Medium.  If it is, or if you still have trouble after changing it to medium, try adding the website to your Allowed sites list in that same dialog box.
