If you use CU*BASE Online Credit Cards, you'll need to submit a special request form (see the link below) to request CU*Answers to do the necessary configuration and file changes to move your credit card due date from the current (typically the 25th) to your chosen new date (such as the 28th).  This must be done before the last day a month to take effect the following month, since the system determines the due date to print on a member's statement during statement processing at end-of-month.  (The member's actual credit card account doesn't need to be changed because of the unique way online credit cards work.)
