On the daily Bounce Reports you see a Diagnostic Code for each returned email address.  The short description and number code may leave you wanting a better explanation of why this email bounced.

There is a large number of diagnostic codes and each Internet Service Provider may have their own set of codes.  When we question one here at Xtend, we utilize the internet to help us out.  Navigating to google.com, we copy to full Diagnostic Code and paste it into the search field.  To maximize your results, make sure include the number.
