A third-party utility is needed to generate robust PDF output. If you are having issues with PDF generation, it is possible that this is missing or corrupt on your PC. Or it may mean that you have not yet installed the software on your PC.

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING LICENSING (Updated January 28th, 2014): CU*Answers has purchased a block of iText Sharp licenses that we are now able to resell to our credit unions. This bulk purchase has also translated into a lower cost per PC. Previously, licenses were $170, where we are now able to offer them at $60. If you have previously purchased iTextSharp directly from the creators of the software, your license(s) will remain valid and you will NOT have to re-purchase. Additionally, if you already own it and need to reinstall, simply follow the installation instructions below. If you have not purchased the software previously, or are looking to purchase additional licenses, please contact the CU*Answers client services team.
I don't have iText Sharp installed. What do I do?
If you have not installed iText sharp on your computer, place a
store order for the PDF Direct Download with iText License.
CU*Answers is now a reseller of iText Sharp and will handle the tracking and purchasing of your license. The cost for a license is $60. This is a per-seat license. To learn more, visit
