CU*BASE uses your Reg D configuration (Tool #751 "Reg D/Trans Handling & Analysis Rules") to determine when members have exceeded their allowed transactions. To comply with the existing regulation, we adjusted CU*BASE programming to no longer count loan payments made from a Reg D account, if the loan receiving the payment is also at your credit union. (Payment transfers to a loans at another bank still counts toward Reg D.) This change applies to transfers you make for the member via Phone Operator, as well as transfers the member makes in online banking.
