This usually indicates that the User ID or password has been typed in incorrectly.  Your CU*BASE sign-on IDs and passwords may be case-sensitive based on your production box, so that is one thing to check.  Also remember that if the Caps Lock key is on you must still hold the Shift key in order to get a special character such as & or @.

Remember that you are allowed three invalid tries before your User ID or workstation is disabled.  This is to prevent someone else from attempting to access the system by trying to guess an ID or password.  If this occurs, the password must be reset by an authorized credit union Security Officer.
