For any GOLD update issue, these steps should be followed first to ensure that GOLD is configured properly and there are no corrupt files from a previously failed update.
- Ensure the user has logged out of and closed all open sessions
- Have the user open http://updates.cubase.org/
- Have the user select their credit union from the list
- Have the user run the link for the branch at which they are located
- Have the user run the “Force CU*Base update” link under the "CU*Base Utilities" section
- Have the relaunch GOLD and let the update process
