This is your daily iShield report that shows which users who uploaded/downloaded information from the iSeries. With iShield, access to upload/download files from the iSeries is blocked at the firewall level (your login user ID).  This is in addition to your controls at the user level via CU*BASE Employee Security (Tool #327), which grants access to the file upload and/or download menu commands. iShield gives an additional level of security to help prevent unauthorized downloads.

There is also a companion monthly report, LSECAUDITM, that shows a summary of all users authorized for downloads/uploads, regardless of whether they had any activity or not.

Additionally, you may view this information in CU*BASE, updated at the end of each day, using Tool #1355 Download/Upload Authorized Users Inquiry.
