PIB-MLO (Personal Internet Banking Multi-user Log On) is the online security tool that businesses can use to have complete control over the access to their BizLink 247 (formerly It's My Biz 247) account. Through the use of PIB-MLO, businesses can add users and define their permissions.  They can also use this tool to reset their employees’ BizLink 247 passwords.

Each user's access to and activities in BizLink 247 can be controlled, either via CU*BASE or PIB-MLO. Each individual that logs into BizLink 247 needs their own profile, and each user is granted their own permissions.
