Yes. Currently the only way to do this is via the Teller posting screen itself, like this:
- Access the member's account in Teller
- On the main teller posting screen, check the "Suppress balances" checkbox
- Enter an "H" into the Proc Code column for the account where the transaction took place
- Use Enter to proceed to Phone Op History
- Click the button in the far-right "Print Receipt" column for a transaction that's on that receipt
- On the receipt information pop-up window, click Print
(In the future we are looking into providing a Suppress balances checkbox right on that pop-up window so that you could also do this directly from Phone Op, but in the meantime you'll need to run through the teller screen first to make this work.)
